Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

You can revoke your contractual declaration within 14 days without giving reasons in text form (e.g. letter, fax, email) or - if the item is given to you before the deadline expires - by returning the item. The period begins after receipt of this instruction in text form, but not before receipt of the goods by the recipient (in the case of recurring deliveries of similar goods, not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before fulfillment of our information obligations in accordance with Section 5d Paragraph 1 and Paragraph 2 of the Consumer Protection Act (KSchG). To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient to send the cancellation or the item in good time.

consequences of revocation

In the event of an effective cancellation, the services received by both parties must be returned and any benefits derived (e.g. interest) must be surrendered. If you are unable to return or surrender the service received and benefits (e.g. benefits of use) to us, or only partially or only in a deteriorated condition, you must pay us compensation for the value. You only have to pay us compensation for the deterioration of the item and for benefits derived if the use or deterioration is due to handling of the item that goes beyond checking its properties and functionality. "Checking the properties and functionality" means testing and trying out the respective goods, as is possible and usual in a store, for example. Items that can be sent as a parcel must be returned at our risk. You must bear the regular costs of return if the goods delivered correspond to those ordered and if the price of the item to be returned does not exceed 40 euros or if, in the case of a higher price of the item, you have not yet paid the consideration or a contractually agreed partial payment at the time of cancellation. Otherwise, the return is free of charge for you. Items that cannot be packaged will be picked up from you. Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. For you, the period begins when you send your cancellation notice or the item, and for us when we receive it.
